For starters you need to figure out what's causing your symptoms. It can be difficult to tell if the symptoms you are experiencing are allergies, so patients may not treat it with the right medication. Common symptoms of allergies are sneezing, runny nose, itchy, watery eyes and itching of the nose or throat. And if your symptoms are from allergies, don't forget to treat at first sign of symptoms with an oral antihistamine like ZYRTEC.
