On October 25, 2012 an article appeared in the New York Times about how women can't do pullups.nhttp://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/10/25/why-women-cant-do-pull-ups/I had never done one pull up in my life, but that article motivated me to try. It took me seven months of strength training and practicing but I finally did it. nFYI, I will be 52 years old on Sunday. P.S. I have added an additional video.I work on the pull up exercise daily.
