In January 2015, Melbourne played host to Australia's first ever mass participation, night-time bike ride event, Ride the Night. Powered by YSAS and Bicycle Network, over 2400 riders joined the sold-out event touring Melbourne's iconic landmarks over a 70km route kicking off at midnight, and enjoying rest and entertainment stops along the way.
